Human Rights Training

I had the privilege of organizing a training session on Human Rights at “31 Korriku” School in Burrel, Albania. This training aimed to enlighten 9-year-old students about the fundamental concept of human rights and their utmost significance in our lives.

The training brought together 20 enthusiastic 5th and 6th-grade students from the “31 Korriku” School in Burrel, Albania. These bright young minds eagerly absorbed the knowledge shared during the session, focusing on the importance of Human Rights and how they can be applied in various aspects of their lives, be it at school, work, within their communities, and beyond. It is crucial to note that these kinds of training initiatives are particularly essential in rural areas of Albania, where information on the education of young individuals is often scarce.

Throughout the training, a well-balanced combination of theoretical strategies and practical exercises was employed, utilizing the methodology of non-formal education. This approach ensured that all students actively participated in engaging discussions and practical activities, enhancing their comprehension and application of the principles of Human Rights.

Through these training sessions, we strive to create a ripple effect of awareness and change, inspiring young minds to champion Human Rights and promote equality, justice, and dignity in their communities and beyond.
