Road Safety Awareness Walk and Seminar was held in University of Karachi early this year. This was the event of it’s kind where almost 1000 people attended. The event included many segments which include keynote speeches, presentations, road safety quiz and poster competition. This event received good media coverage and attendees responded positively that they learnt lots of new thing regarding safer life at road. A three day driving license issuance booth was also placed at the University which benefitted almost 5000 people who got their driving license from there. Initially it looked difficult to organize this event due to lack of funds, but once I initiated the working I received good sponsorship of the program and the entire program was sponsored by an international Organization. It was a huge success.
