In schools, bullying has been a continuous issue. Recent research has discovered instances of bullying in numerous institutions, such as the family, businesses, and society. The conduct, which is sometimes referred to as victimisation, seems to be on the rise, with many growing to view it as the norm. Numerous individuals feel that bullying results from the aggressor’s dissatisfaction or living conditions.

Bullying may have far-reaching impacts on both the bully and the victim, including schooling, family and peer connections, psychological well-being, and physical health. There is a need to increase awareness of the problems of bullying and develop ways to assure its decline and ultimate elimination from our society.

Bullying was the fourth highest cause of crime against children in Indonesia in 2008 after law violations, abusive parents, and cybercrime. Many Indonesian people do not take bullying seriously. They see it as just a normal part of life and socially acceptable. We came to change that. We see that individuals do not need to adjust to social demands, but rather individuals have their own rights to identify themselves.

WeAreEnough is an anti-bully non-profit organization dedicated to changing and minimising the bullying culture in Indonesia. We actively campaign to fight bullying through online webinars and online podcasts with experienced speakers concentrated on bullying in Indonesia. We do this to make our voices heard and accessible to everyone.
