Virtual Awareness Seminar

I conducted a two-day seminar on gender and gender-based violence, mental health, and drug abuse awareness. This seminar was held online via the Google Meet platform and was targeted towards young individuals between the ages of 15 and 30. I was fortunate to collaborate with the Run Free Education Group, a free education platform for children, in order to make this seminar accessible to a wider audience.

The main focus of the seminar was to raise awareness and promote understanding of critical issues that affect the well-being and empowerment of youth. In addition to gender-related topics, I also emphasized the importance of mental health and drug abuse awareness. I facilitated discussions on the significance of mental well-being, common mental health challenges faced by young people, and strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, and depression.

Through this seminar, I aimed to empower youth with knowledge and awareness and equip them with the tools to make informed decisions and take positive actions. Education is a powerful tool for social change, and by addressing critical issues such as gender, mental health, and drug abuse, we can empower young people to lead healthy, informed, and empowered lives.
