Online teaching is the process of educating others via the internet. Various methods can be used, such as one-on-one video calls, group video calls, and webinars. Virtually any topic or skill can be taught online. Today, the majority of the higher institutions in the United States offer online courses to the public and, more importantly, credit in some of these courses are now been recognized by brick-and-mortar colleges across the world. Interest in online education is at an all-time high because students from every quota of life can now further their education following personal schedules, while professionals can also enrol for courses that help their professional development and attend the corresponding virtual classes after work hours.
Somaliland has been involved in social development efforts in the field of education which has gone through various stages. There was a time when learning under a tree, while today Somaliland schools are in line with international schools. With the help of modern technology, Somaliland students are able to study with students from other parts of the world and share learning opportunities. Today, there are more than a hundred online educational institutions in the country, and there are international opportunities for Somaliland students to access our websites and study at home. Online education has played an important role in developing the knowledge of the world’s youth, especially the youth of Somaliland.

Creating students, creating a learning environment and creating teachers will go a long way in integrating society, making knowledge easier, and creating a cohesive community of friends. Our country directors from more than 10 countries around the world like “Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ghana, Philippines, Zambia, India, Greece, Macedonia, Croatia, Indonesia, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Tunisia” help us to be part of our academic efforts to represent their countries.
