Public Health Advocacy Global (PHAG)

Public Health Advocacy Global (PHAG) is a youth-led global health advocacy movement for preventive medicine, started in 2017 in Nepal. It is a bottom-up approach program primarily established to promote public health at the regional and global levels. It also provides the global advocacy platform for meaningful youth engagement in health promotion and disease prevention as well as the socio-economic development sector to support in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

We mainly focus on highly vulnerable rural communities of developing countries and help to bring them into the mainstream of national development. In August of 2023, we worked on Maternal and Child Health, Child Nutrition, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Environmental Health, and Women’s Health Literacy for Gender Equality, as well as Disaster Management, Humanitarian Crisis, and Volunteering services to bring positive changes globally.

We are currently looking for about 300 international ambassadors from all around the world to advocate for public health and community well-being through different initiatives (our different channels) in their countries.  Anyone can join here. https://phanepal.wixsite.com/website/get-involved
