Providing an expert Mental health team for Covid-19 patients

At the same time that the number of new cases of the first wave of COVID-19 cases was rising in Afghanistan, I had the idea to establish a group that would address the distracting mental health concerns of individuals who had been impacted by COVID-19 in Afghanistan and help to alleviate the fear that those individuals were experiencing. In the meantime, we were laying the basis for a research that will explore the “effects of mental stress on the overall health and mortality rate due to covid19.” This study will investigate the effects of mental stress on general health and death rate. The ‘anxiety and stress reduction conversations’ that we had with the out-patients and in-patients of covid19 had beneficial effects that were advantageous in a manner that was unmatched in its extent. Even those patients whose conditions were severe and life-threatening saw an improvement in their health that was much greater than the norm.

Before we started employing these mental stress relieving entities, my team and I made sure that we were current on the most recent strategies, theories, and practises for promoting mental health and stabilising the spirit. This was done before we began using the mental stress-relieving entities. This knowledge was gathered from some of the most credible online resources and physical libraries available, and it pertains to many aspects of mental health.
