The war in Syria had left the country’s population vulnerable to the impact of COVID-19. With limited access to healthcare and medications, the situation had become even more dire. As a result, I felt compelled to take action and organized a Training and Education Session (TES) to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and minimize its symptoms.
The TES was designed to educate vulnerable groups such as children in schools, the elderly, women, and the youth on how to protect themselves from the virus. Through the TES, we provided vital information on COVID-19 transmission, prevention measures, and how to manage the symptoms. Our goal was to empower these groups with the necessary knowledge and tools to protect themselves and their communities from the virus. By doing so, we hoped to make a significant impact in the fight against COVID-19 and provide some relief to the people of Syria.
