My project focuses on empowering marginalized men and boys who have been impacted by toxic masculinity. Despite facing challenges, a lot of these men and boys possess talents such as sculpture-making, weaving, and painting. The goal of this initiative is to support these men and boys in becoming self-reliant through cultural entrepreneurship.
To achieve this objective, I organized training sessions on cultural diversity and inclusion, as well as workshops on mental health awareness tailored specifically for men and boys.
Additionally, fundraising sessions were initiated to secure funds for purchasing materials necessary for art sessions and sculpture-making workshops. These resources enabled participants to explore their artistic talents and develop valuable skills for economic independence.
