Hello, I’m Jeddah B. Quiño, a college instructor and department research coordinator at Northern Bukidnon State College in Bukidnon, Philippines. However, my journey extends beyond the academic realm. As a mental health advocate, I have undergone advocacy programs to raise awareness about mental health issues. Having personally battled depression and anxiety, I understand the importance of therapy and medication in managing these conditions.
Through my experiences, I am dedicated to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. Alongside our school, I firmly believe in the power of each individual to contribute to a better world. We are not just speaking about it; we are taking concrete actions. Our initiatives focus on themes such as the Sustainable Development Goals, and we actively support each other’s projects.
