We believe that education is the cornerstone of a just and equitable society. Every year, our organization hosts a Global Volunteering Week, where employees engage in meaningful activities that address critical social issues. This year, we focused on human rights, with a specific emphasis on child labour and worker welfare.
As part of the initiative, I facilitated a series of engaging activities at local schools. We introduced an interactive “Snakes and Ladders” game designed to educate children about the dangers of child labour in a fun and engaging manner.
The Global Volunteering Week was a resounding success. The “Snakes and Ladders” game proved to be an effective tool for educating children about child labour in an engaging and interactive manner. The event not only raised awareness about this critical issue but also fostered a sense of community and a shared commitment to human rights and worker welfare.
