My journey with the US Embassy’s leadership training program was a transformative experience. As part of the graduation requirements, I was tasked with developing a Community Engagement Plan (CEP), a project designed to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. I chose to partner with “Dar Al Ouafae Al Atfal,” a respected NGO in Fez, Morocco, to address a critical need within their community.
“Dar Al Ouafae Al Atfal” provides shelter and care for orphaned children, many of whom face significant challenges in accessing education and employment opportunities. Recognizing this critical need, my CEP focused on developing a Community Support Program (CSP) specifically designed to empower these young individuals.
