Empowering Women Through Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Growth

The Women Entrepreneurial Program was a remarkable one-day initiative designed to inspire and empower women to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys by providing mentorship, essential tools, and valuable resources to foster confidence, economic independence, and bridge the gender gap in business. The program is a broader commitment to sustainable economic growth and the empowerment of women as vital contributors to society.

My name is Farah Latif Rathore, and as an advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), my work is deeply aligned with Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. With a background in Economics and Finance, I am passionate about creating pathways for economic opportunities that benefit all members of society. My journey includes promoting global collaboration and sustainable development as a G-17 University Ambassador, where I encourage others to engage in meaningful change.

Driven by a commitment to women’s empowerment, I organized the Women Entrepreneurial Program to address the gender gap in economic participation, reflecting my belief that with the right support, women can achieve remarkable success and contribute to a thriving economy. My experiences, including leadership programs and an internship with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, have enriched my understanding of economic development and global diplomacy, equipping me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective.

Through innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, I strive to contribute to a world where everyone has access to decent work and opportunities to grow. Empowering women through entrepreneurship is not just about building businesses—it is about fostering resilience, confidence, and a more equitable future for all.
