Jadi PNS is a youth-led platform delivering inspiring and educative talk shows to motivate people to achieve more, dare to do great things, and make a change since May 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic started. As of December 2021, 405 talk shows have been available to be enjoyed through our YouTube channel to date for free. All of our speakers do it on a voluntary basis. They come from all walks of life ranging from a plethora of public figures and everyday people from around the world.
Moreover, our team members are also young volunteers from across Indonesia. We have partnered with more than 20 organisations to arrange both national and international events for free. Until this application was submitted, our YouTube channel has impacted 1.310.220 views worldwide. Our YouTube channel has been monetised. All profits from its monetisation are channelled through Jadi PNS Scholarship. As long as someone clicks on our YouTube video(s) and there is (are) advertisement(s) in it, that means he/she has been a donor, forever.
So far, we have awarded 5 Jadi PNS Scholarships to 2 senior high school students and 2 college students across Indonesia that have had a good academic, and social impact on society, and are impacted by COVID-19. Not only cash, but we also provide a one-year mentorship program for the scholarship awardees to unlock their potential and sharpen their leadership skill to be the next future leaders.
