As part of our commitment to inclusive and sustainable communities, I along with my team organized a powerful seminar titled “Empower Her”, focused on empowering women and ensuring their safety within our society. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about gender-based challenges, equip participants with knowledge on rights and protections, and foster dialogue on creating safer environments for women and girls in all spaces — academic, professional, and domestic.
Aligned with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), the seminar served as a platform to advocate for equal rights, challenge societal norms, and promote institutional responsibility. Through open conversations, expert talks, and interactive discussions, the event reinforced the importance of standing against gender-based violence and discrimination, and actively contributing to inclusive, peaceful, and just communities.
This effort reflects our belief that empowerment and safety are not privileges but rights, and it is our shared responsibility to ensure they are upheld for all.
