As President of a club within the American Corner in Oujda, Morocco, I had the privilege of leading a series of workshops focused on soft skills development. This initiative was born from a desire to empower young people in my community, a city often overlooked, to reach their full potential.
Recognizing the critical role of soft skills in personal and professional success, I designed a dynamic curriculum that covered a range of essential topics.
The Soft Skills Club was open to all, regardless of age or educational background. This inclusive approach fostered a diverse and vibrant learning environment, attracting an average of 15-30 participants per session, with a total membership exceeding 100 individuals.
This initiative was more than just a series of workshops; it was a testament to the power of community development and youth empowerment. By equipping young people with essential life skills, we are empowering them to become active members of their community, pursue their dreams, and contribute to a brighter future for all.
