As alumni of YALI RLC Nairobi, we’re committed to making a positive impact on the communities we serve. Recognizing the urgent need for environmental action, we embarked on a cleanup initiative in Kalobeyei Settlement, Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya.
Our goal was to create a healthier, more sustainable living environment for the residents of Kalobeyei. By removing waste and debris, we’re not just beautifying the environment; we’re improving public health and well-being.
This initiative is more than just a cleanup; it’s a statement of our commitment to our communities and the world. We believe that every individual has a role to play in making the world better.
